The Hustle n Harvest Precelerator program was designed to help founders / entrepreneurs have a brief outline as a guide to scale their business in southeastern North Carolina.

This outline of a “Lean Business Canvas” business plan should serve as a roadmap to success while scaling up the growth of the company, a plan for investors and a source of the story of the company as you bring on new advisors and possibly bring on new employees or additional management.

The traditional business plan that can be bloated at 50 pages or more and can be outdated and obsolete by the time it is printed. The modern business climate requires a more nimble and flexible plan that can be digested quickly by partners and investors in a competitive business landscape.

We hope that this guide will help you fill in some knowledge gaps with the expertise provided by a diverse set of experts that are active in the North Carolina entrepreneur ecosystem.

The first dozen of entrepreneurs to complete this course will gain access to a stipend. This stipend is focused on helping each entrepreneur to strengthen their understanding of their weakest area and where they struggled the most. This is achieved by consulting with an expert to help understand that section and strengthen the business overall.
